Shipping

To protect freshness, we do not roast or ship on Fridays. Orders received by 4:00pm Monday-Wednesday will be roasted and shipped within 48 hours. Orders received by 4:00pm Thursday-Sunday will be roasted and shipped by the following Tuesday.

Returns

Because fresh roasted coffee is a perishable food item, it cannot be returned. If your order contains an error or is damaged in transit, please call us at 800-322-6505 within 7 days of arrival to arrange a replacement or refund.
