Brewing Loose Leaf Tea

Hot Tea
Add water and steep as follows:

Black Teas:   Heat water to boil; steep 4-5 minutes 
White Teas: Heat water to 165 degrees; steep 2-3 minutes 
Green Teas: Heat water to 165-185 degrees; steep 2-3 minutes 
Herbal Teas:
Heat water to boil; steep 4-5 minutes

Iced Tea:
Mix 6 tsp. tea with 1 qt. cold water. Cover and let stand 6 hrs. at room temperature. Strain. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
