SHIPPING & RETURNS
To protect freshness, we roast only to order Monday through Wednesday. Orders received from 8:00am Monday to 8:00am Wednesday will be roasted and shipped within 48 hours. Orders received after 8:00am Wednesday will be roasted the following Monday.
Because fresh roasted coffee is a perishable food item, it cannot be returned. If your order contains an error or is damaged in transit, please call us at 800-322-6505 within 7 days of arrival to arrange a replacement or refund.
